Let's start with our Kiwifruit Kale Lemon Tea. This drink is a fresh and flavorful mix that wakes up your taste buds. How to Make Kiwifruit Kale Lemon Tea

Here’s how to make this drink at home:

  • 1. In a shaker, add 20g of bergamot lemon and 20g of ice.
    2. Use a muddler to crush the lemon and ice—this helps release the lemon's oils and flavor.

  • 3. Add:

  • * 150ml of jasmine tea

  • * 80g of kiwifruit-green grape-kale juice

  • * 50ml of water

  • * 20g of rock sugar-flavored beverage

  • * 130g more ice

  • 4. Shake well for 15–20 seconds until it's fully mixed and chilled.
    5. Pour into a cup, and enjoy your fresh summer cooler!

How to Make  Apple Banana Beetroot Yogurt Smoothie

  • * 150g of frozen apple-banana-beetroot juice

  • * 60g of yogurt

  • * 20g of rock sugar syrup

  • * 220g of ice

2. Blend everything on high speed for 30–45 seconds, or until the mixture becomes smooth and thick.

3. Once it's ready, pour the smoothie into a cup and top it off with 10g of whipped cream for that extra creamy finish.

That's it—your refreshing, dessert-like smoothie is ready to enjoy!
